UFO's and SETI research by the CESA.
The Civilian Earth Space Administration is implementing our UFO and SETI research programs. Have you been abducted or have you seen a UFO? Contact us to let us know about it.
The SETI program is and has been continuing for many years now with no success. I believe that there is a fundamental flaw in how they are attempting to discover alien transmissions. Radio transmissions? What are the chances of some alien race having developed the same technology as us? My guess is no chance at all.
CESA is undergoing a 3 phase program in preperation for a much better and more diversified program of detection. The three phases consist of planning, research, and funding. A more in depth report on this program will be available on our website at... CESA WEBSITE.
Since the CESA uses the method of member support for planning, research, and funding we look forward to hearing back from everyone on idea's and opinions on this program.
